Hunger does irreparable harm to people, to communities, and to our state's economy. Since 2013, Ohio has lost around $1 billion in SNAP benefits pushing even more people toward our emergency food resources. One in six individuals in Southeast Ohio are struggling with hunger. The good news, hunger is completely preventable.
We are the only Foodbank in Southeast Ohio. Rather than serving clients directly, we act as a distribution center to supply food to over 60 member agencies that operate food pantries, soup kitchens, and other hunger-relief efforts. Below is a list of the counties we serve. Select your county for a complete list of our current member agencies and contact information. If you are in need of food assistance, please contact the agency closest to you. If you are interested in learning more about becoming our member, please contact David Keller, Agency Relations Specialist, at 740-385-6813 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mobile Pantry Distributions
Our Foodbank regularly hosts mobile food giveaways that offer fresh, frozen, and shelf-stable food items to families in areas where a traditional pantry may not be available. 'Like' us on Facebook for updates on scheduled distributions. Interested in sponsoring a mobile distribution near you? Complete this form.
